In addition to Onsala IBK, 9 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK could be found in Group B together with Jönköpings IK Röd, Wårgårda IBK Vit, Dingle AIK and Skövde IBF.

Onsala IBK made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Wårgårda IBK Röd with 1-4. Thereby Onsala IBK finished second in F 12 Slutspel A during Sibben Cup 2023.
