In addition to Dingle AIK, 9 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Dingle AIK could be found in Group B together with Jönköpings IK Röd, Wårgårda IBK Vit, Onsala IBK and Skövde IBF.

Dingle AIK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fröjereds IF with 0-1. In the Final, Jönköpings IK Röd won over Fröjereds IF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 12.
