In addition to the two Wårgårda IBK teams, 8 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Wårgårda IBK Vit could be found in Group B together with Jönköpings IK Röd, Dingle AIK, Onsala IBK and Skövde IBF.

Wårgårda IBK Vit continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Wårgårda IBK Röd with 2-3. In the Final, Wårgårda IBK Röd won over Onsala IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 12.
