Onsala IBK was one of 33 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2023. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 11, Pojkar 13, Pojkar 14 and Flickor 12 respectively. The team in Flickor 12 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Wårgårda IBK Röd by 1-4.
