In addition to IBF Backadalen, 12 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Backadalen could be found in Group B together with Hovslätts IK, Wårgårda IBK and Bankeryds SMK Vit.

IBF Backadalen made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Jönköpings IK with 2-3. Thereby IBF Backadalen finished second in F 13 Slutspel B during Sibben Cup 2024.
