In addition to IBF Backadalen, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IBF Backadalen could be found in Group C together with Jönköpings IK Vit, IBK Lidköping Vit and Skövde IBF Svart.

IBF Backadalen continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IBK Lockerud with 1-10. In the Final, Jönköpings IK Röd won over KFUM Jönköping Svart and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
