In addition to the two Örebro SK Ungdom teams, 22 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Örebro SK Ungdom Vit could be found in Group E together with Floda IBK, FBI Tullinge and Skövde IBF Svart.
