In addition to Eken IBK, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eken IBK could be found in Group B together with IBK Lockerud, Bankeryds SMK and Onsala IBK Rosa. Eken IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åmåls IBK with 2-4. In the Final, Vara IBK won over Fagerhult Habo IB Röd and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12. Eken IBK comes from Kållered which lies approximately 140 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place.
