In addition to Fröjereds IF, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Fröjereds IF could be found in Group B together with Floda IBK, IBF Kolmården and Åsa IF.
Fröjereds IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skövde IBF with 2-3. In the Final, Stenungsunds IBK Blå won over Skövde IBF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 15. Fröjereds IF also participated in Pojkar 14 during Sibben Cup 2018.
