In addition to Stenungsunds IBK, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Stenungsunds IBK could be found in Group C together with Floda IBK, Fagerhult Habo IB 2 and Skövde IBF 1.

Stenungsunds IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against KFUM Örebro Innebandy with 1-3. In the Final, Sportlife Kungälv IBK 1 won over Sportlife Kungälv IBK 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
