In addition to the two Sportlife Kungälv IBK teams, 20 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Sportlife Kungälv IBK 2 could be found in Group D together with Åmåls IBK, Skövde IBF 2, Hovslätt IK and Gränna AIS.
Sportlife Kungälv IBK 2 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Sportlife Kungälv IBK 1 with 3-4.
