In addition to the two Fagerhult Habo IB teams, 20 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Fagerhult Habo IB 2 could be found in Group C together with Stenungsunds IBK, Floda IBK and Skövde IBF 1.

Fagerhult Habo IB 2 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Sportlife Kungälv IBK 2 with 4-5. In the Final, Sportlife Kungälv IBK 1 won over Sportlife Kungälv IBK 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
