In addition to the two Onsala IBK teams, 8 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK 2 could be found in Group B together with BK Halna, Träslövsläge IF 1, Ekeby IF and Bergs IK.

Onsala IBK 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Träslövsläge IF 2 with 1-2. In the Final, IBK Lockerud won over Träslövsläge IF 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 12.
