In addition to the two Fagerhult Habo IB teams, 20 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Fagerhult Habo IB 1 could be found in Group A together with IBK Lockerud, Skara IBK and Sportlife Kungälv IBK 1.

Fagerhult Habo IB 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IBK Vänersborg with 2-5. In the Final, Sportlife Kungälv IBK 1 won over Sportlife Kungälv IBK 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
