In addition to Onsala IBK, 12 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK could be found in Group C together with Bankeryds SMK Blå, Jönköpings IK and Hjulsbro IK.

Onsala IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Husqvarna IK with 1-2. In the Final, Husqvarna IK won over Wårgårda IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 13.

Onsala IBK also participated in Flickor 12 during Sibben Cup 2023. They reached the final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Wårgårda IBK Röd with 1-4 and ended up in second place.
