Onsala IBK was one of 36 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2024. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 11, Pojkar 12 and Flickor 13 respectively. The team in Flickor 13 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Husqvarna IK by 1-2.

In addition to this, Onsala IBK have participated in Sibben Cup before. During Sibben Cup 2023, Onsala IBK had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 11, Pojkar 13, Pojkar 14 and Flickor 12 respectively. The team in Flickor 12 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Wårgårda IBK Röd by 1-4.

Onsala IBK comes from Onsala which lies approximately 160 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place. Other than Onsala IBK, the club Warberg IBF does also originate from the area around Onsala.
