In addition to the two Skövde IBF teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skövde IBF Röd could be found in Group B together with Falköpings IBK, Mesta IBK and Jönköpings IK Röd.

Skövde IBF Röd continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ale IBF with 2-5. In the Final, Fröjereds IBF won over Warberg IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12.
