In addition to Mesta IBK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Mesta IBK could be found in Group B together with Falköpings IBK, Jönköpings IK Röd and Skövde IBF Röd.

Mesta IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ale IBF with 3-4. In the Final, Fröjereds IBF won over Warberg IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12.
