In addition to Hovslätts IK, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hovslätts IK could be found in Group B together with Skillingaryds IK, Wårgårda IBK Vit, Stöpen IBK and Karlstad IBF.
Hovslätts IK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fröjereds IBF with 1-2. In the Final, Skövde IBF won over Fröjereds IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 13. Hovslätts IK also participated in Pojkar 12 during Sibben Cup 2023.
