In addition to Hovslätts IK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hovslätts IK could be found in Group A together with IBK Lidköping Blå, Husqvarna IK and Onsala IBK.

Hovslätts IK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against KFUM Jönköping Vit with 1-4. In the Final, Jönköpings IK Röd won over KFUM Jönköping Svart and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
