In addition to the two Jönköpings teams, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Jönköpings IK Vit could be found in Group A together with Hultsberg IBF Vit, Wårgårda IBK Vinröd and Warberg IBF.

Jönköpings IK Vit continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hultsberg IBF Svart with 2-4. In the Final, Hultsberg IBF Vit won over Hultsberg IBF Svart and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
