In addition to the two Hultsberg IBF teams, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hultsberg IBF Svart could be found in Group C together with Fröjereds IF, Jönköpings IK Röd and IBK Lockerud.
