In addition to Hovslätts IK, 11 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Hovslätts IK could be found in Group B together with Hultsberg Björkås IBF, IBK Kungälv and Frillesås FF.

Hovslätts IK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fagerhult Habo IB with 0-1. In the Final, Fröjereds IF won over Fagerhult Habo IB and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 13.
