In addition to Onsala IBK, 11 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK could be found in Group C together with Fagerhult Habo IB, Stenungsunds IBK and Ale IBF Blå.
Onsala IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hultsberg Björkås IBF with 2-6. In the Final, IBK Kungälv won over Åsa IF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 13. Onsala IBK also participated in Flickor 12 during Sibben Cup 2019.
