In addition to Örebro SK Ungdom, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Örebro SK Ungdom could be found in Group C together with IBK Kungälv, IK Zenith Vit and IBK Lidköping Blå.
Örebro SK Ungdom continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Lidköping Röd with 3-4. In the Final, IBK Lidköping Röd won over Skövde IBF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 14. Örebro SK Ungdom also participated in Pojkar 13 during Sibben Cup 2019.
