Karlstad IBF was one of 47 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2020. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 15, Flickor 12 and Flickor 14/15 respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel A; Pojkar 15 won over Onsala IBK by 7-1 but Flickor 14/15 lost against Stenungsunds IBK by 0-1.

In addition to this, Karlstad IBF have participated in Sibben Cup before. During Sibben Cup 2019, Karlstad IBF had one team playing in Pojkar 14. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the Final in Slutspel Aand won it over IBK Lockerud by 6-5.

Karlstad IBF comes from Karlstad which lies approximately 110 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place. The area around Karlstad does also provide three additional clubs participating during Sibben Cup 2020 (SK Örnen, Hertzöga BK and Hultsberg Björkås IBF).
