In addition to Kärra IBK, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kärra IBK could be found in Group A together with Hjulsbro IK 2, Fristad GoIF and KFUM Jönköping.

Kärra IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hovslätts IK with 1-3. In the Final, Bankeryds SMK Blå won over IBK Vänersborg Röd and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
