In addition to the two Hjulsbro teams, 20 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hjulsbro IK 1 could be found in Group D together with Hovslätts IK, Billingsfors IBK, Skövde IBF Röd and Onsala IBK Svart.

Hjulsbro IK 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against KFUM Jönköping with 2-7. In the Final, Bankeryds SMK Blå won over IBK Vänersborg Röd and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 12.
