Stöpen IBK was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2018. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 11, Pojkar 13 and Pojkar 15 respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in Slutspel B; Pojkar 13 lost against Skövde IBF by 1-4 and Pojkar 15 lost against Skövde IBF by 0-1.

In addition to this, Stöpen IBK have participated in Sibben Cup before. During Sibben Cup 2017, Stöpen IBK had two teams playing in Pojkar 12 and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Gränna AIS by 0-8.

Stöpen IBK originates from Skövde, which is the same city as where Sibben Cup takes place. The area around Skövde does also provide six additional clubs participating during Sibben Cup 2018 (Skövde IBF, IBK Lockerud, Skara IBK, Fröjereds IF, Tibro IBK and BK Halna).
