Skara IBK was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2018. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 13 and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 13 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Hovslätts IK 2 by 2-4.

In addition to this, Skara IBK have participated in Sibben Cup before. During Sibben Cup 2017, Skara IBK had three teams playing in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 13 and Pojkar 15 respectively. The team in Pojkar 15 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Västerhaninge IBK by 1-3.

Skara IBK comes from Skara which lies approximately 24 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place. The area around Skara does also provide four additional clubs participating during Sibben Cup 2018 (Skövde IBF, IBK Lidköping, Fröjereds IF and Stöpen IBK).
