In addition to Skara IBK, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skara IBK could be found in Group A together with IBK Lockerud, Fagerhult Habo IB 1 and Sportlife Kungälv IBK 1.

Skara IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Gränna AIS with 0-7. In the Final, Gränna AIS won over Åsa IF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12.
