In addition to Skövde IBF, 7 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Skövde IBF could be found in Group A together with IBK Vänersborg 1, GS86 AIF and Bergs IK.
Skövde IBF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IBK Vänersborg 2, which they won with 5-0. Thereby Skövde IBF won the entire Slutspel B in Flickor 13 during Sibben Cup 2017. Skövde IBF also participated in Flickor 12 during Sibben Cup 2016.
