In addition to the two Skövde IBF teams, 22 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Skövde IBF röd could be found in Group A together with IBK Walkesborg 99, Fristad GoIF and KFUM Örebro Innebandy.
Skövde IBF röd continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against KFUM Örebro Innebandy with 1-2. In the Final, Kärra IBK 1 won over Karlstad IBF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 13. Skövde IBF also participated in Pojkar 12 during Sibben Cup 2016.
