In addition to Fristad GoIF, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Fristad GoIF could be found in Group A together with Skövde IBF röd, IBK Walkesborg 99 and KFUM Örebro Innebandy.
Fristad GoIF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Lockerud with 3-4. In the Final, IBF Göteborg won over IBK Lockerud and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 13. Fristad GoIF also participated in Pojkar 12 during Sibben Cup 2016.
