IBF Backadalen was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 13.
In addition to IBF Backadalen, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IBF Backadalen could be found in Group B together with Stenungsunds IBK 1, Örebro SK and Sandareds IBS. IBF Backadalen continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IBK Vänersborg 2 with 1-7. In the Final, IBF Göteborg won over IBK Lockerud and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 13. IBF Backadalen comes from HISINGS BACKA which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place.
