Sandareds IBS was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 13.
In addition to Sandareds IBS, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Sandareds IBS could be found in Group B together with IBF Backadalen, Stenungsunds IBK 1 and Örebro SK. Sandareds IBS continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kärra IBK 2 with 1-7. In the Final, IBF Göteborg won over IBK Lockerud and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 13. Sandareds IBS comes from Sjömarken which lies approximately 96 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place.
