In addition to Tibro IBK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Tibro IBK could be found in Group D together with KFUM Jönköping Svart, IBK Lidköping Röd and Warberg IBF.

Tibro IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Husqvarna IK with 0-2. In the Final, Fröjereds IBF won over Warberg IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 12.
