In addition to Kärra IBK, 9 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kärra IBK could be found in Group A together with Jönköpings IK Röd, IBF Backadalen Svart, Hovslätts IK and Fagerås BK.

Kärra IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Husqvarna IK with 1-2. In the Final, Husqvarna IK won over Fagerås BK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 12.
