In addition to Gränna AIS, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Gränna AIS could be found in Group C together with Skövde IBF, Tibro IBK Blå and Månsarps IBK Lila.

Gränna AIS continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Fröjereds IF with 3-4. In the Final, Fröjereds IF won over Månsarps IBK Lila and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 13.
