Kärra IBK was one of 33 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2023. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 14 and Flickor 13 respectively. The team in Flickor 13 made it to the the Final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Månsarps IBK Vit by 5-6.

Kärra IBK comes from Hisings Kärra which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place. The area around Hisings Kärra does also provide six additional clubs participating during Sibben Cup 2023 (FBC Lerum Utveckling, Stenungsund IBK, Lindome IBK, IBK Alingsås, IBK Kungälv and Ale IBF).
