Ekeby IF was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Flickor 13.
In addition to Ekeby IF, 7 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Ekeby IF could be found in Group A together with IBK Lockerud, Onsala IBK and Fröjereds IF. Ekeby IF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hovslätts IK with 1-3. In the Final, IBK Lockerud won over Hovslätts IK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 13. Ekeby IF also participated in Flickor 12 during Sibben Cup 2017. They reached the Semi final in F-04 Slutspel B, but lost it against Träslövsläge IF 1 with 1-2. Ekeby comes from Kumla which lies approximately 110 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place.
