In addition to Skövde IBF, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Skövde IBF could be found in Group B together with Stenungsunds IBK Svart, BKI Sunnanå and Örebro SK.

Skövde IBF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Stenungsunds IBK Svart, which they won with 3-1. Thereby Skövde IBF won the entire Slutspel B in Pojkar 15 during Sibben Cup 2018.
