Stenungsunds IBK was one of 49 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Sibben Cup 2018. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 14 and Pojkar 15 respectively. The team in Pojkar 15 made it to the the Final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Skövde IBF by 1-3.

In addition to this, Stenungsunds IBK have participated in Sibben Cup before. During Sibben Cup 2017, Stenungsunds IBK had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 13 and Flickor 14/15 respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in Slutspel B; Pojkar 13 2 lost against IBF Göteborg by 0-6 but Flickor 14/15 .

Stenungsunds IBK comes from Stenungsund which lies approximately 120 km from Skövde, where Sibben Cup takes place. The area around Stenungsund does also provide five additional clubs participating during Sibben Cup 2018 (Kärra IBK, Myggenäs IBK, Ale IBF, IBK Walkesborg 99 and Marstrand IBK).
