In addition to Fröjereds IF, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Fröjereds IF could be found in Group A together with Orresta IF, Skövde IBF and Hultsberg/Björkås IBF.
Fröjereds IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Skara IBK with 1-2. In the Final, Västerhaninge IBK won over Skara IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 15. Fröjereds IF also participated in Pojkar 14 during Sibben Cup 2016.
